Robert
Kreidler - Headmaster
Founder and Headmaster of the College, he has been a professional clown
for over a quarter century. He performs nationally as Rufus D. Dufus and
specializes in broad physical (slapstick) comedy. A trained stage actor
he combines his theatrical and physical skills to put a smile on the face
of his audience. A skilled teacher he delights in training clowns to be
professional entertainers.
The
Ohio College of Clowning Arts, founded in 1989, trains professional clowns
with professional understood as one who aspires to the highest standards
of this ancient and honorable art. The College is dedicated to raising
the skill set of local clowns and training them for venues other than
the circus.

Instructor Magic for the Clown
A
1996 graduate of the college Mike performs as a clown – Flapjack
and as a magician. He is the founder of the Salvino Family Show. In this
latter capacity he works with his three children producing clowning and
comedy magic shows. He also has created his own line of magic and comedy
materials
Mike
starts his fourth year an instructor with the college where he helps students
learn attitudes, skills, and subject matter that will contribute to their
development as physical comedic actors.

She
has been assisting students to design and develop their clown costume
and help students to use that costume in various performing scenarios
to include stage and strolling clowning.
A 1992 graduate of
the college Dena has been a valued member of the staff for a decade.
Barbara

A
2007 graduate of the college Barbara performs as Jamdealie D. Light. Barbara
assists the Headmaster teaching Clown Characterization and contributes
to The Business of Clowning and The Marketing Your Clown Seminars with
cost-effective marketing ideas.
As
web master she runs www.clownsentertain.com
promoting graduates as entertainers for hire. The web site is exclusive
to graduates of The Ohio College of Clowning Arts and provides ample opportunity
for each clown to successfully market his or her respective business.
